Gloria Akpene Nyarku-Acquah, a well-known media figure in Ghana who goes by the moniker MzGee, has responded to online rumors that she was fired from TV3.
MzGee refuted the rumors in a post on Instagram and stated that she voluntarily left the media organization.
The media personality claims that she has no problems with TV3 and that they were simply concerned that she would switch to another media outlet a short time after quitting.
MzGee boasted that she has never been fired from a media organization and that she is too talented to be fired.
On Instagram, she posted, "Enough of the NONSENSE! I am aware that you are a jealous group, but the key is that I have GRACE. Then, keep an eye out for appointments. I'm too competent to be fired. I make the news! The MIDAS TOUCH is in me! Bloggers that have received payment or don't have a story should be tagged! Tell them that I am paying attention to them.

This is in response to reports that MzGee was fired from TV3 after submitting her resignation later.
She reportedly played a practical joke on her bosses by resigning in the hopes that they would reconsider the changes they had made to her show.
She hoped to hear from her management again, but her supervisors accepted her resignation without hesitation.
